Tenants Guide

At Parks Properties we pride ourselves in helping tenants find a home. Our experienced team of negotiators  will guide you through the process of letting with ease.

They will assits you through accompanied  viewings, checking you in and dealing any problems which may arise. We may charge a tenant any or all of the following when required.

1. The rent
2. A security deposit with a maximum of 5 weeks rent, or 6 weeks on a property with a rent of over £50,000 per year.
3. A holding deposit of no more than 1 weeks.
4. A default late payment of rent after 14 days
5. Reasonable charges for lost keys, security fobs.
6. Payments associated with contract variation, at £50.
7. Payments associated with early termination of tenancy, when requested by the tenant.
8. Payments in respect to utility bills.
9. As form a protection we members of Client Money Protect Our membership number is CMP010746
