We are committed to fairness, transparency, and compliance with current legislation. Below is a list of permitted fees that may be charged to tenants:

Permitted Fees

Rent

As agreed in your tenancy agreement.

Security Deposit

Up to five weeks’ rent for properties with annual rent under £50,000

Up to six weeks’ rent for properties with annual rent of £50,000 or more

Holding Deposit

Equivalent to one week’s rent to reserve a property

Late Payment of Rent

Charged at 3% above the Bank of England base rate, applied after 14 days of arrears

Lost Keys or Security Fobs

Charged at reasonable cost of replacement

Contract Variation

£50 per agreed variation (requested by the tenant)

Early Termination of Tenancy

Charged to cover reasonable costs incurred, when termination is requested by the tenant

Utility Payments

Tenants are responsible for paying bills including gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband, and TV licence
